1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GeoVeraxis ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including notaries, public registrars, certifiers, appraisers, validators, and clients.

2. Description of Service

GeoVeraxis provides a cloud-based platform for geospatial notarial document management, including AI-powered document verification, blockchain-anchored property record keeping, geospatial mapping, and automated notarial workflows for Latin American legal processes.

3. User Accounts & Roles

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • Your account role (Notary, Registrar, etc.) is assigned by your organization administrator.
  • You may not share credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload fraudulent, forged, or illegally obtained documents
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the AI fraud detection system
  • Use the platform to launder money or facilitate illegal property transfers
  • Attempt unauthorized access to other users' data
  • Use automated scrapers or bots against the platform's APIs without authorization

5. AI Document Verification Disclaimer

The AI document verification service provides automated analysis to assist professionals.It does not constitute legal advice and does not replace the judgment of qualified notaries or legal professionals. GeoVeraxis is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of AI verification results.

6. Blockchain Records

Property records inscribed on the blockchain are permanent and cannot be deleted or modified. By initiating a blockchain inscription, you confirm you have authorization to record the transaction. GeoVeraxis is not responsible for inscriptions made in error.

7. Subscription & Payment

Access to the Platform requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Government contracts are subject to separate service agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

GeoVeraxis's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Force majeure events (internet outages, government actions, etc.) exclude our liability.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform software, AI models, and branding are the intellectual property of GeoVeraxis. Users retain ownership of the documents they upload.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico (Federal jurisdiction). Disputes shall be resolved in competent courts in Mexico City, or via arbitration under ICC rules if agreed by both parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
