GeoVeraxis ("we", "us", or "our") is a geospatial notarial document management platform serving legal professionals, notaries, public registrars, and financial institutions across Latin America. Our registered domain is geoveraxis.com.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account data: name, email address, role, organization
  • Document data: legal documents uploaded for verification (encrypted at rest)
  • Property data: cadastral identifiers, addresses, geospatial coordinates
  • Transaction data: property transfer records, timestamps, blockchain hashes
  • Usage data: page views, feature usage, error logs (anonymized)

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Provide and operate the GeoVeraxis platform
  • AI-powered document verification and fraud detection
  • Blockchain recording of property transactions
  • Send transactional emails (account, document processing results)
  • Improve platform security and reliability

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on servers located in Germany (Hetzner Cloud, EU jurisdiction). Documents are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access is controlled via role-based permissions. We conduct regular security audits.

5. Your Rights

Users in Mexico are covered under LFPDPPP. Users in Colombia under Ley 1581 de 2012. We honor data subject requests within 30 business days.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication sessions. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from logging in.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Legal documents are retained per your organization's configuration (default: 7 years, aligned with Latin American notarial retention requirements). Blockchain records are permanent and cannot be deleted by design.
